How does it work?

Will these courses help me beyond emotional eating?

A resounding yes!! You eat out of emotion, because you are unable to handle difficult feelings. As you go through this coaching course, you will gain life changing insights and learn skills of emotional resilience that will benefit all areas of your life. You will find as you work through the course and implement the exercises:

  • you feel better about yourself

  • your relationships with other people will become harmonious and positive

  • you will be able to handle difficult situations with more inner strength.

What's the best way to work through an online course?

These online courses have the power to change your life but only if you engage with it. My recommendation is that you schedule in undistracted time in your diary to work through the lessons. Keep a notebook and pen to take notes and write down any aha moments and key points of the lessons. Each lesson is between 20mins to 30mins. After each lesson you will be given exercises and mini-mindset shift training. To see tangible changes in your life, you need to implement and integrate the learnings from the course.

Whether you complete the course over a weekend or over days/weeks is up to you. What's important is that you complete it. Once you have completed the course, you can return repeatedly to the lessons that are most relevant for you. For instance, if you have a tendency to eat because of stress, anxiety, boredom, you want to repeat these lessons again and again until the mindset shifts become second nature to you.
