My signature coaching program

Finally Fulfilled is my signature six week online coaching program that has healed many women and men who have had a lifelong struggle with food.

It is my own struggles and then my own healing journey from emotional eating that led to my own passion and desire in wanting to help and guide you and others towards healing and well-being. I intimately understand the lonely and secret struggles of binge eating. I have travelled the path to food freedom and authentic self- confidence and so can you. 

Finally Fulfilled is a six-week life-transforming coaching program. This program is the culmination of three things

a) all my training, research, and study that I have done with world experts on the subject of psychology of eating, mindful and emotional eating and high performance life coaching.

b) the practical insights and experiences I have gained from my own journey and the journey of those who I have helped overcome their emotional/binge eating.

c) my 20 years of meditation and mindfulness practice.

The Path Less Travelled

If you are reading this blog post, you are taking the path less travelled - the path of seeking to understand and heal the root cause of why you binge eat! It takes wisdom and courage to do this. There is life beyond binge eating waiting for you; a life of food freedom, fulfilment, confidence, joy and peace. 

Here is a week-by-week synopsis on the life-changing insights, transformations and trainings you will be coached through as you journey through Finally Fulfilled.

Week 1: By the end of this coaching session, you will have clarity over why you eat the way you do, and in particular why you oscillate between binging and dieting.  You will start your training in self-awareness, and start the process of unravelling the emotional triggers and patterns that keeps you reaching for food.

Everything in your life is created by the power of your mind, in particular your imagination. If you can’t imagine something, you can not bring it into existence. This week you will be harnessing the power of your imagination and create a clear vision for yourself.

Past students have reported feeling optimistic, lighter and hopeful as they start to finally understand the root causes of their binge eating. They feel joyful as they envision a life of freedom where they are at peace with food and themselves. A life where they are free to enjoy their relationships without insecurities and discover confidence and purpose.

Week 2:

You will take a deep dive into training as a mindful eater. Years of dieting and bingeing leaves you disconnected from your body. Your body is your battle ground, something not to be trusted nor relied upon. Perhaps, you have spent years hating or shaming your body into thinness. Perhaps your self-worth is tied up with your body. This battle with your body and weight stops this week!

You start the process of repairing your relationship with your body, as you begin to build trust, learning to honour your body’s request for nutrition, rest, relaxation and pleasure. You will learn how to truly enjoy eating, savouring every mouthful. Food becomes a source of joy and nourishment, free of any guilt or shame. You will learn what it means to be a mindful eater, which includes practicing self-compassion and self-kindness.  You will learn how to disengage and release destructive inner voices of guilt, shame and self-judgement.

In between session, you will train in the hunger -fullness scale, which cuts through the binge-diet cycle and changes your relationship with food forever.

Weeks 3 & 4:

This is the core of Finally Fulfilled, where intensive, deep cleansing and healing occurs. You will be gently and lovingly guided towards finally seeing, and releasing the root cause of your binge eating; difficult emotions and unresolved trauma.  You will follow my 5- step process for unearthing and releasing painful emotions, painful versions of yourself and unresolved trauma. You will gain many life changing insights into why you suffer from particular emotional patterns. As these internal shifts happen, you may be inspired to take life affirming actions. You no longer need to hold back from living fully, you are free to move your life in a positive and fulfilling direction.

In between sessions, you will be training in building your emotional resilience, as you become more and more confident in dealing with painful feelings without needing to reach for food. If you haven’t already, you will begin your regular meditation practice.

Week 5

In this week we tackle self-sabotage, the ‘all or nothing’ and the scarcity mindsets and release the ‘not good enough’ self. In particular, the binge-diet cycle is characterised by the ‘all of nothing’ mindset. For true and long-lasting healing to occur you need to let go of the ‘all or nothing’ mindset. By now, you will start to see how healing from binge eating will transform every area of your life. You will see how the ‘all or nothing’ mindset or ‘not good self’ holds you back in every area of your life. As you start to let go of these minds your life will take on momentum, you will seize the opportunities that come your way, you will more confidently socially and start to live with more joy and confidence.

Week 6

This final week you will ensure that radical changes you have made throughout the 6 weeks remain integrated into your life forever. Throughout the 6 weeks, through daily WhatsApp support I will have gently nudged and guided you towards a subtle lifestyle change. This week you explicitly take all the learnings, major shifts and transformation and bind it into your lifestyle. Going forward you will have a clear life plan informed by your vision for yourself from week 1, as well as a daily plan that will bring your overall life plan into fruition. You will know exactly what to do each other day to continue in your journey as a Mindful Eater.
